This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, cancellations, and charges are handled—without surprises.


1. No Hidden Fees or Subscriptions

We want to be very clear:

  • Zenloriai does not charge any hidden fees

  • We do not offer or enforce subscriptions

  • We do not apply recurring or automatic payments

  • You only pay the total amount shown at checkout

There are no additional charges after your purchase unless you request optional services that are clearly displayed and confirmed by you.


2. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Show no signs of installation, damage, or wear

  • Be returned in its original packaging with all accessories

  • Include your order number or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team first:

  • Return authorization and instructions

  • The correct return address

  • Guidance on packaging and shipping

Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return:

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
    → Zenloriai covers the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (change of mind, style preference, size not suitable, etc.)
    → The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for secure delivery.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your dresser arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photos of:

  • The damaged or defective area

  • The full product

  • The outer packaging

After review, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery


7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error


8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.
For other exchange requests, please contact us to confirm eligibility.


9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase

  • After 24 hours, orders may already be processing or shipped and may not be eligible for cancellation

  • Custom or made-to-order items may only be canceled before production begins
